It is but natural to ignore such forms since a lot of people are receiving them especially during these times. When this happens, the things you will need to consider is to make the next move. Some tenants would agree on a payment plan and would act on settling their account. This could be good news but some are stubborn and difficult to deal with. There are ways available to make them conform to your terms. You have to know the right steps on achieving your goals. You can lure them through bribing. This could knock you out of your seat. They are already tenants who are refusing to pay their rent. You can tell the tenant that you will evict them by all legal means which will definitely go against their record. You can then offer to pay for the lawyer fees if they agree to leave immediately. You can let other people move in the property. You can explain that you understand their situation of going through the hard times and not being able to pay for rent. You can tell them that this has allowed you to realize that more people actually need shelter. You can tell your tenant that more people are coming to share the property with them. This can make them think about moving out or settling their accounts. If these measures come to no avail and still do not prompt your tenants to leave then you can proceed on sending your eviction notice form.
When sending the form, make sure that the conditions are of legal relevance. You can ask a lawyer on how to make such forms. It is tedious and time consuming task. But if this is the only choice you have then so be it. But as mentioned earlier, you should mean it when giving out these forms. It should never be posed as empty threats. You need to be firm on making them pay or they leave. You should make them realize that you are dead serious about this form.
